Cunningham & Company opened its doors in Greensboro, North Carolina in 1990. Celebrating our 20th anniversary this year, the company has opened the door of home ownership for over 30,000 homebuyers. As an independent mortgage banking firm, Cunningham & Company has steadily built a reputation for providing prompt, personal service and a broad array of competitive products.
Hank Cunningham, President of Cunningham & Company, has more than 37 years of professional mortgage experience. He currently serves as Chairman of the Residential Board of Governors of the Mortgage Bankers of America (MBA), serves on the Board of Directors of MBA, is past President of the Mortgage Bankers of the Carolinas (MBAC), is Chairman of the Legislative Committee for MBAC and holds the designation of Certified Mortgage Banker.
Hank has put his extensive knowledge and personal commitment to work to form a team of over 100 mortgage professionals that has made Cunningham & Company one of North Carolina’s most trusted and respected mortgage lenders.
